First Photos of Chris Evans as Captain America

The first photos of Chris Evans as Captain America have hit the web and since they are clearly copyrighted and sneak peak photos I am not going to be posting them here but you can check them out by clicking on the photo of Chris below.

Captain America First Avenger is a period piece where the Captain was an American spy helping the french resistance win the war. The film co-stars Hayley Atwell as his girlfriend, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark ( remember the Captain America Shield in Iron Man 2? ) Neal McDonough as Dum Dum Dugan and Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull.  Captain America will be in theaters July 22nd 2011 in 3D.
